Who organises your holiday
Each Tour on this site is a package organised by the licensed local Supplier named on the Tour page, together with its licence number. Groundlevel Tours acts as the travel agency that sells the package.
The Organiser is fully responsible for the performance of all travel services included in the package and holds the protection required by the law of its country to refund your payments and, where transport is included, to ensure your repatriation in the event of insolvency.
Your key rights
Before you book you receive the standard information form and all essential information about the package. You can transfer the package to another person on reasonable notice, and you can terminate the contract before the start of the package subject to the cancellation terms shown in your quote.
